APC deputy governorship candidate, Senator Uche Ekwunife, has launched a scathing attack on Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Charles Soludo.
In a viral video, Ekwunife alleged that the governor has bad breath and body odour, mocking his personal hygiene.
She also dismissed Soludo’s claim that her doctorate degree was obtained from an unaccredited university in the United States, challenging him to verify her academic records in Nigerian institutions.
“Go to court if you claim my PhD certificate is fake. Go to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, to verify my master’s degree and to the University of Calabar for my first degree. I did both before obtaining my PhD,” she declared.
Ekwunife further accused Soludo of parading a questionable professorship, describing it as merely a departmental recognition without global credibility.
She labeled the governor “an illiterate professor” imposed on the people of Anambra by former Governor Willie Obiano, and claimed he had done nothing to improve the state.
“All the bushes in Anambra state are full of people’s corpse. Anambra was peaceful before he took power. People are now running away from the state, you have failed woefully as governor,” she said.
Speaking further in Igbo, Ekwunife intensified her criticism of Soludo’s hygiene, alleging he had a “smelling mouth” and “terrible body odour.” She urged him to start using deodorant and described him as “the dirtiest governor in Africa.”
