Dangote Reduces Petrol Price Again
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced its gantry price for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, from N1,175 to N1,125 per litre.
The latest adjustment was announced on Thursday as part of the refinery’s pricing review.
The new rate is expected to benefit fuel marketers buying directly from the refinery and could influence pump prices in different parts of the country. The company said the move reflects current market conditions.
According to the refinery, the price reduction is aimed at making petrol more affordable while supporting stable supply across Nigeria.
It added that the review also aligns with efforts to strengthen the country’s energy security.
The company said it would continue responding to market changes and passing cost savings to downstream partners and consumers whenever possible.
