Veteran juju musician Ebenezer Obey has dismissed rumors of his death, assuring fans that he is alive and in good health.
The 82-year-old music legend appeared in a video alongside his sons, singing joyfully and confirming that he is doing well.
Obey described the false reports as “lies from the kingdom of darkness” and explained that his trip to London was simply for personal care, not because of a stroke as some speculated.
“I am alive, I am alive, says the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you very much. I don’t have a stroke. I came to London to look after myself,” he declared.
The video quickly drew relief from fans, who filled his comment section with prayers and warm wishes.
This is not the first time Obey has been forced to address death rumors, but his latest response seeks to end the speculation once and for all.
