Singer Portable has again taken to social media to attack his wife, Bewaji, shortly after publicly appealing to her amid his ongoing dispute with baby mama Ashabi.
In a lengthy outburst, Portable claimed he prefers having just one wife but accused Bewaji of failing to care for him emotionally and physically. He alleged that her lack of attention pushed him into situations that led to other women getting pregnant for him.
According to the singer, he begged Bewaji to forgive him when another woman conceived for him, insisting that he still held her in high regard. However, he claimed she showed no interest in staying in the marriage or making efforts to keep the relationship intact.
Portable also accused her of neglecting basic marital duties, claiming she neither checked up on him nor catered to his needs, while showing more respect to religious leaders than to her husband. He argued that such behavior drives men away from their homes.
He further claimed that while he takes care of Bewaji financially, she refuses to reciprocate affection and attention, warning that many women outside are willing to do more to please a married man than some wives do in their own homes.
The singer even complained about being prevented from using her skincare products, alleging she feared other women would find him attractive, a situation he jokingly blamed for his darkened skin.
Portable’s comments have sparked fresh backlash online, with many users criticizing him for airing private marital matters publicly and questioning his views on marriage and responsibility.
