ADC Accuses APC On Planning Disruption Of Oyo Summit
The African Democratic Congress has accused the All Progressives Congress of planning to disrupt its summit scheduled for April 25 in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The claim was made by the party’s spokesman as preparations for the gathering continued.
ADC spokesperson Bolaji Abdullahi said the party uncovered moves aimed at stopping the event. He alleged that similar actions had earlier affected the party’s plans in Abuja.
The party described the situation as part of a wider pattern of interference against opposition activities. It said such actions are meant to weaken political competition and limit engagement.
Despite the claims, ADC insisted it would go ahead with the summit and would not be discouraged. The party maintained that it remains focused on its agenda despite the reported pressure.
