The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board has published the approved list of physical verification centres for the 2025 recruitment exercise.
This announcement follows the completion of last month’s computer-based tests. The board stated that the list of shortlisted candidates who will take part in physical screening and document verification will be released between Monday, December 1, and Wednesday, December 3.
According to the board, the physical verification stage is an essential part of the recruitment process, as the identities, documents, and physical fitness of candidates will be thoroughly checked before they proceed to the final stage of selection.
Tribune reported on Monday that the board had approved verification centres across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
These verification centres will accommodate candidates shortlisted under the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
