Kalu Reaffirms Faith In Nigeria Unity
Former Abia State Governor, Orji Kalu, has said he will continue to pray for Nigeria’s unity throughout his lifetime while calling for stronger action against insecurity and more investment to support economic growth.
He made the remarks during a visit to Sokoto State, where he commissioned 10 road projects carried out by Governor Ahmed Aliyu’s administration in the Arkilla New Layout.
Kalu said insecurity remains a major setback to economic progress, noting that while the wider economy shows signs of growth, many citizens are yet to feel its benefits due to ongoing challenges.
He also praised President Bola Tinubu’s efforts on economic reforms and expressed confidence that improved security would help ensure that national gains reach ordinary Nigerians.
