Lagos State has partnered with social media influencer Mandykiss to strengthen the fight against drug abuse through the LASKADA anti-drug campaign.
With a following of over 400,000, Mandykiss will use her platform to promote awareness and preventive measures, helping the government reach a wider audience.
The campaign highlights drug abuse as a critical social issue that demands collective action. A representative of the initiative said: “Everybody has a past; nobody is perfect. But with the influence Mandykiss commands, we hope she will help reach the nooks and crannies of Lagos to fight this pandemic.”
As brand ambassador, Mandykiss will take part in activities such as sensitization events, educational programs, and social media advocacy. The initiative aims to discourage drug use, particularly among young people, while promoting public health and social well-being.
