Wunmi Aloba, the widow of late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has refuted recent rumours claiming she has given birth.
Speaking out on Snapchat, she dismissed the speculation, writing:
“Eyin ma tun funny yato lori Twitter ke Mohbad wife born ke, this smear campaign is funny asf. I’ve been getting this message for about an hour ago, funny asf a ma ni resu keh.”
To further put the rumours to rest, Wunmi shared a video of herself flexing, visibly showing that she has no baby bump.
The false reports had been circulating widely on social media, with some users claiming she had welcomed another child. Her clarification and video confirm that she is not pregnant.
This comes amid ongoing public interest in her life following Mohbad’s passing, including matters related to his estate and her role as the mother of their son, Master Liam Aloba.
