A native doctor identified as Anagbo Emeka from Umugbo in Ayamelum Local Government Area of Anambra State has been arrested for allegedly buying used male condoms from prostitutes for fetish purposes.
He was apprehended by youths in the Echara community of Awka North Local Government Area after his suspicious dealings were exposed. A viral video of the arrest, shared on Facebook by media personality Dr. Uche Nworah, captured the suspect openly admitting to the act.
“I agreed with her to sell me used condoms. She delivered them, but later reported me. That is the wrong thing I did,” Emeka confessed in the video.
According to his account, he had arranged with a sex worker who supplied him with used condoms collected from brothels, which he intended to use for charms and other ritual practices.
The incident has sparked outrage in the community, with many residents expressing shock and demanding a thorough investigation to uncover the extent of his activities and whether he was working with accomplices.
