Oshiomhole Defends Tinubu’s Security Efforts
Former Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has said President Bola Tinubu has the political will needed to tackle insecurity in the country, insisting that the administration is showing commitment to addressing the challenge.
Oshiomhole made the remarks while speaking on the state of security in Nigeria, where concerns have continued over attacks in different parts of the country.
He maintained that leadership determination plays a key role in responding to such threats.
He argued that Tinubu has demonstrated willingness to take tough decisions and implement measures aimed at improving national security, adding that progress may take time but efforts are ongoing.
His comments come amid continued debate over the effectiveness of government strategies in dealing with terrorism, banditry and other violent crimes affecting communities across Nigeria.
