Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has said Adamawa State will deliver at least 85 percent of its votes to Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress in the 2027 general election.

The governor made the remark on Wednesday during a visit to the national secretariat of the APC in Abuja.

His statement drew attention as political activities slowly begin to build ahead of the next presidential poll.

Fintiri said the people of Adamawa would strongly support Tinubu and the ruling party when Nigerians return to the polls in 2027.

According to him, the state is ready to mobilise massive backing for the president.

His comment adds to the growing political discussions around alliances and support ahead of the next election cycle, with leaders across the country beginning to signal where their loyalties may lie.
