Lagos To Be The First State To Independently Buy HIV Drugs
The Government has announced plans to independently purchase antiretroviral medicines for people living with . The move will make Lagos the first state in Nigeria to fund the procurement of the drugs on its own.
State officials said the first batch of the medicines is expected to arrive before the end of August. The initiative is aimed at ensuring a steady supply of treatment for residents living with HIV.
