Dangote Refinery Reduces Jet Fuel Price
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the price of aviation fuel, also known as Jet A1, to ₦1,650 per litre from the previous ₦1,750.
The change reflects a ₦100 drop in the product’s retail price.
The adjustment was confirmed as part of the refinery’s latest pricing review aimed at the aviation sector.
Operators are expected to benefit from the new rate as fuel costs remain a major factor in airline operations.
Industry players say the price change could ease pressure on airlines and related services that depend on aviation fuel for daily operations.
It also comes amid ongoing shifts in the downstream petroleum market.
The development continues to draw attention within the energy sector as stakeholders monitor pricing trends from local refineries and their impact on transportation costs.
