Kano State Governor Mourns Elder Statesman
Kano State Governor Abba Yusuf has expressed deep sorrow over the death of elder statesman Alhaji Shehu Yahaya. He described the late leader’s passing as a major loss to Kano State and Nigeria.
The governor said Shehu Yahaya devoted many years to public service and made valuable contributions to the growth of society. He noted that his legacy would remain remembered.
Yusuf extended his condolences to the deceased’s family, friends and associates. He also prayed for strength and comfort for everyone affected by the loss.
The governor asked Almighty Allah to forgive the late elder statesman’s shortcomings and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus.
