NNPCL Moves Closer to Ogun Drilling
A technical team from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has visited the Eba oil well in Ogun Waterside Local Government Area as plans move forward for commercial drilling in the state.
The visit is part of preparations to begin full scale operations at the site. Officials say the inspection focused on assessing equipment, site readiness and compliance with safety standards ahead of drilling.
The development marks a fresh step in Ogun State’s entry into oil production, following earlier exploration activities in the area.
