ADC Uploads Atiku, Amaechi Nominations On INEC Portal
The African Democratic Congress has submitted the names and details of Atiku Abubakar and Rotimi Amaechi to the Independent National Electoral Commission as its presidential and vice-presidential candidates for the 2027 general election.
The party completed the upload through INEC’s candidate nomination portal, marking another stage in the electoral process. The submission follows the conclusion of the party’s nomination procedures.
ADC National Publicity Secretary Bolaji Abdullahi announced the development on Tuesday night through a statement shared on his X account. He confirmed that both candidates’ information had been successfully uploaded.
The upload places the party in line with the ongoing nomination process ahead of the 2027 polls. Other political parties are also expected to complete their submissions within INEC’s timetable.
