WAEC Releases 2026 Exam Timetable
In Nigeria, the West African Examinations Council has announced the timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination for school candidates.
The schedule was published on Monday through its official platform.
The examination is set to begin on April 21, 2026, and will run until June 19, 2026. It will start with Foods and Nutrition 3 (Practical) Planning Session and Home Management 3 (Practical) Planning Session.
WASSCE remains a key requirement for students seeking admission into universities and other higher institutions.
Candidates are expected to sit for core subjects like English Language and Mathematics, along with electives across various fields.
The exam will take place across member countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia, as thousands of students prepare for the academic milestone.
